Hello my frosted fairies! I’m wishing you a magical December filled with evenings spent decorating gingerbread houses, baking sugar dusted mince pies, bundling up under fluffy throws and drinking marshmallow hot chocolates.
I’m feeling very festive at the moment. Earlier today I purchased the dreamiest Christmas wrapping paper and gift labels adorned with a pink Nutcracker print and a swan embellished card. I can’t wait for them to arrive so that I can begin wrapping.
It is less than a week until I go to see the Nutcracker ballet with my mum. This is one of our most treasured Christmas traditions and I will have a little blog post discussing everything up next week! I am also considering filming a few clips of the evening but I’m still unsure…please let me know in the comments section if you’d be interested in seeing that.
In today’s blog post I am sharing with you the items on my Christmas wish list. Hopefully this collage will provide you with some girly gift inspiration if you’re unsure about what to buy for your loved ones this year!
Ted Baker|Rammira Ruffle Backpack in Pink
I originally saw this bag in the summer and instantly added it to my wish list. After seeing that it was sold out on the Ted Baker website, I was so pleased to find it on Zalando at a discounted price! My parents kindly purchased it for me and they are putting it away for Christmas. I can’t wait to unwrap it as I adore the baby pink colour and the feminine frills add a cute touch. If pink isn’t your cup of tea, you can also purchase the backpack in black or taupe. I think this is a dreamy gift for any girly girl.
A planner is one of my top essentials and this personal planner from Kikki K is all my stationery dreams come true. I like to purchase a new agenda for the year ahead as it helps me feel organised. Over the past few years I have been using a Kate Spade agenda but I think this Kikki K planner is so charming; it has an 18-month perpetual calendar and its easily customisable to fit your style. The baby pink colour reminds me of something Elle Woods would use. You can also have the planner monogrammed in gold for a personal touch.
Anyone who knows me well will be aware of the fact that I never wear trainers. Nevertheless, when I spotted this beautiful pair on Catherine’s blog, I fell in love! Anything tied with a bow captivates me and the dainty, pink satin bows adorning each shoe are so enchanting.
Ted Baker|Small Bow Detail Suitcase
I remember watching freddymylove’s ‘What I got for Christmas’ video last year and dreaming of owning her pink bow suitcase from Ted Baker. My mum recently purchased the suitcase for my main Christmas gift and I’m ever so grateful. The rose gold detailing and feminine bow design are so precious. We decided to go for the cabin size which I think will be perfect for weekends trips. I’m hoping to take this chic case away with me to London for my 21st birthday so that I can finally travel in style!
Christmas is the best time to invest in luxurious winter skincare products. The pink clay mask from Dior would be a magical gift for someone who loves to treat themselves to the finer things in life. The mask works to minimise the appearance of pores and impurities, leaving the skin with a matte and velvet finish.
The Dior ‘micellar milk cleanser‘ would be wondrous alongside the Dior face mask for the ultimate pamper session. The cleanser contains rice milk which helps to sooth the skin and the pink packaging would look so delightful on top of any vanity table.
Disney|Marie ‘Magical Moments’ Mug
Marie is my favourite character from Disney’s ‘The Aristocats’ and this mug is the ideal present for anyone who also loves this sassy little kitty! I have owned this mug before but my dad accidentally broke it a year ago. I was heartbroken and I’ve added it back onto my wish list.
Laura Ashley|Pom Pom Knitted Blanket in ‘Blush’
A snuggly blanket is a winter essential and I love this pom pom detail throw from Laura Ashley. Alongside blush pink, it also comes in ‘Steel’ and ‘Duck Egg’ blue. I can’t wait to wrap up under mine, light a few sweetly scented candles and watch a Christmas film!
If you didn’t already guess, Dior is my favourite brand for skincare and beauty. Although I think its a lovely idea to purchase a perfume for someone, it is often a difficult item to choose correctly as everyone has their individual tastes. To remedy this you could pick out a scented lotion. This option is usually less expensive than splurging on a full bottle of perfume. If the person you are buying for finds that they like the scent, they can purchase the perfume to match their lotion. ‘Miss Dior’ is my signature scent and it would be a dream to receive this body milk. With a creamy texture it is sure to leave your skin feeling satiny soft and the elegant floral notes make it a classic gift.
Ted Baker|‘Carmina’ Candy Flower Necklace
You can never go wrong with jewellery. As Marilyn says: “diamonds are a girls best friend.” Whilst this dainty Ted Baker necklace isn’t set with diamonds, its a sweet gift to add to someones jewellery box without breaking the bank! What I love about Ted Baker’s jewellery range is that they have timeless designs but they are placed at such reasonable prices. The ‘Carmina’ necklace is fitted with a slim, rose gold chain which is adorned with an elegant flower pendant. This pendant is embedded with a dazzling Swarovski crystal, making it a Christmas gem.
Halogen x Atlantic-Pacific|Cable Knit Cashmere Beret in ‘Pink Beauty’
Berets are a staple in my winter wardrobe. I currently own four but I want to add to my collection and this cashmere beret is next on my list! The soft knit will keep you warm on an evening spent ice-skating or browsing the Christmas markets for dainty trinkets and Nutella crêpes! It’s such a stylish accessory that will leave you feeling chic and Parisian!
If you want to purchase a gift that is both classic and meaningful, you can’t go wrong with Pandora. Selecting a charm or two for someones bracelet is a very special experience and when they unwrap their charm on Christmas day it will be an unforgettable moment which they can keep forever. My two favourites are the ‘Sweet Cupcake’ and ‘Lace and Bow Heart’ charms as I love baking and bows!
During the winter months my nails are a lot weaker and prone to breakage. The ‘Diorlisse Abricot Ridge Filler’ helps to nourish, whiten and strengthen the nails from damage. This product sounds like the best solution and the ballerina-esque packaging is a bonus! The polish comes in ‘Pink Petal’ and ‘Snow Pink’; these colours give the nails a natural rose and apricot hue which will help to make you feel like a whimsical winter fairy.
Jelly Cat|Bashful Blush Snow Bunny
Jellycat bunnies are one of my favourite things and this winter they have released the ‘Snow Bunny’ edition of their classic ‘Bashful Bunny’ and it is too sweet for words. I already own two of their ‘Bashful bunnies’ in pink and white and they’re the sofest plushies that I own. Described as “shy and sweet”, the bashful snow bunny will keep you warm and toasty away from any frightful winter storm. “Snuggled in a creamy fluffy ribbon capelet, our bun is ready for a sleigh ride!” I’m hoping to receive her in my stocking this year!
Victoria’s Secret|Velvet Bow Slippers in ‘Pink About It’
I would love a new pair of slippers this Christmas and when I spotted this pair in Victoria’s Secret, my heart was so happy! They incorporate everything I adore; pink, velvet and bows.
The Empty Box Company|Parisienne Pink Stripe Hat Box
Having my own hat box is such a princessy concept to me. I recently found this pink and white stripe hat box which reminded me of my classic striped pyjamas from Victoria’s Secret. The additional satin bow is so girly and it would be the perfect place to store my berets.
I hope you enjoyed this post snow bunnies! I’d love to know what’s on your Christmas wish list this year and whether any of the items from this collage have made it onto your list ☁️🎀🎄
